Fresh Approaches to Drawing #1430

Fresh Approaches to Drawing #1430

Friday & Saturday, 2 days
December 9 & 10 / 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

In this workshop, students of all levels will discover how exciting and creative the process of drawing can be! Participants will use non-traditional drawing tools to make marks, transfer textures, and layer imagery in order to create rather than copy. Students will expand and even redefine the vocabulary of the seven elements of art (line, shape, value, texture, color, space and edges) while investigating new approaches to drawing. Whether you are just testing the waters of creativity or have a more advanced studio practice, drawing skills are a vital part of your creative toolbox!

Tuition: $235 ($294 nonmember)

Mahalo nui loa! Visiting Artist Programs are generously supported in part by donations from Art Affair 2016.
