Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration:
Class size is limited and advanced registration is strongly encouraged. Please remit payment in full at time of registration. Students are not considered registered for classes until complete payment has been received. We accept all major credit cards as well as checks. We do not prorate fees for missed days or late enrollment.
How to Register:
Online- Go to the Calendar and click on "Register Now" next to the class you want to register for. Fill out the registration and credit card payment forms.

By Mail- Print the registration form, fill out and mail with your check to:

OR in person at the Hui Registration Office, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Hui Cancellation Policy:
We will notify students one week prior to start date of class or workshop if a class must be cancelled. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, teacher availability or low enrollment. In such cases, a full refund of tuition, lab, and supply fees will be given. Membership fees are not refundable if class is cancelled.
Student Withdrawal Policy:
Full refunds minus a $15 processing fee will be given to registered students in regular classes withdrawing at least seven days before the start of a class or workshop. No refunds for class, supply or lab fees will be given for withdrawals less than seven days before a class or workshops begins.
Visiting Artist Workshops - We must be notified of student withdrawal 30 DAYS prior to the start date of visiting artist workshops. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled class date. A processing fee of $25 is retained.
