All ages benefit from a creative life! We offer classes for children as young as 2.5 years old all the way through adult. We even offer family classes designed for multiple generations to participate in the arts together.

JUST FOR THE KIDS, we offer many exciting after school programs as well as Camp Kaluanui, which provides a creative and fun all day program during the school breaks.

Whether you are a complete beginner or if you have years of experience, the Hui has a class for you! Many of our classes are mixed level, which means that all levels of artist will learn something new!

Classes to meet your schedule

The Hui offers workshops of just a few hours, a few days, or meeting once a week for a longer time. With so many classes available, we are sure there is something to meet your unique schedule!

qualified teaching artists

Hui Teaching Artists are qualified instructors as well as practicing visual artists! Many of our teachers have over 10 years (and some more than 20+ years!) of experience teaching Hui students. Our teachers love sharing their knowledge with you!

VISiting artists

Hui No‘eauʻs Visiting Artist Program features hands-on workshops with and presentations by professional local, national, and international visual artists. The program provides exposure to exciting new perspectives & techniques as well as opportunities to interact with innovative artists and educators from around the world. Sessions are designed to be interactive and to educate students by broadening understanding of the visual arts through interaction with professional artists from various cultural and artistic backgrounds.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, the Hui relies on gifts from individuals like you! Class tuition alone is not enough to fund the Hui's many educational programs in our community. A gift of any size makes a difference! Please consider making a donation today to support arts education on Maui!
