Camp Registration Policies

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Online registration closes on the Thursday before the following week of camp.
Students enrolling on the day that class begins (if space is available) will be assessed a $20 LATE REGISTRATION FEE.

For students age 5, please provide a birth certificate at the time of registration as proof of age. For our youngest artists to have the best experience at camp, we highly recommend that they have completed at least one year of full-time school.

Scholarships are available! Please apply in advance at Mahalo to all those who support the Youth Scholarship Program!

Hui No'eau reserves the right to change class instructors when necessary and/or refuse enrollment to participants with a history of disruptive behavior.

Membership fees are not refundable. Tuition refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be given to registered students withdrawing by phone at least 7 days before the start of camp. No refunds or credits will be given to students withdrawing less than 7 days prior to the start date of the registered camp. No refunds or credits will be made for missed days. Switching the dates enrolled in camp or the name of the child enrolled is considered a cancellation. Pro-rating is not available.

If camp enrollment does not reach a minimum of 8 participants a week in advance of starting, we reserve the right to cancel the camp. All possible efforts will be made to fill the camp.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, the Hui relies on gifts from individuals like you! Class tuition alone is not enough to fund the Hui's many educational programs in our community. A gift of any size makes a difference! Please consider making a donation today to support arts education on Maui!
